What is the Exhibitor Account and the Service Booking Shop?

The Exhibitor Account provides access to registration details, stand and company information, as well as a comprehensive cost overview. Prior to the event, exhibitors will also gain access to the Service Booking Shop, where additional stand-related services can be conveniently ordered.

When are setup and dismantling possible?

The setup and dismantling times will be published on the “Services & Deadlines” page. In the downloads section, you will also find all additional information in the Technical Guidelines.

Which services can I book for my exhibition stand?

Depending on their needs, exhibitors can book a range of services, including technical equipment, power supply, furniture, catering, and other event-related services. Detailed information, availability, and ordering deadlines can be found in the service booking shop or at a glance on our website.

Is vehicle access to the exhibition grounds permitted during setup, dismantling, or the event period?

During setup and dismantling periods, special traffic regulations apply on the exhibition grounds. During the event, vehicle access is only permitted during designated time slots or with the appropriate authorization. The current regulations can be found in the Traffic Management Guide available in the Downloads section.
