Exhibitor Account

We are pleased to support you in planning your exhibition presence with a range of services related to stand construction, technical equipment and other event services.

To access the Service Booking Shop, please log in to your Exhibitor Account using the email address of your designated contact person for demopark.

The ordering, coordination and payment of services are handled directly with the respective service provider.

Please note the various ordering deadlines and make sure to place your orders in time.

Our long-standing service partners will support you in delivering a professional and successful presence at demopark 2027. Through your customer account, you can conveniently order electrical connections, flagpoles, tents, water connections, and many other services.

New in 2027: Order your ticket allocation directly through your customer account without having to switch to a separate shop.

Technical Equipment

Through the shop, you can conveniently book electricity, compressed air and water connections for your stand, ensuring all technical requirements are in place for a seamless exhibition experience.

Booth Construction

For your participation at demopark, you will find the right services in the online shop to create a professional exhibition presence. Whether you require stand construction, tents, rental furniture, flagpoles, event technology, or logistics services, our experienced partners and service providers are happy to support you in planning and delivering your stand.

Services for your Stand

Create a professional and welcoming presence at the demopark. The Service Shop offers a wide range of services for your exhibition stand, including stand cleaning, mowing services and stand catering, as well as security services and refrigerated trailers, right through to plants and decorative elements. Simply select the services that best meet your requirements. In addition, you can conveniently arrange parking permits and insurance coverage online.

Additional Services for demopark

Take advantage of our additional demopark services to increase your visibility before, during and after the event. Register for the Info Exchange via the Service Shop, showcase your product innovation in the Innovation Award Competition, and benefit from enhanced exposure. We also provide important information and guidelines for working with photography and media teams.

Important Dates and Deadlines at a Glance

October 2026: Exhibition Space Allocation and Notification of Stand Locations

Registration for demopark 2027 is now open.

The registration deadline is 30 September 2026.

After this date, we will begin the stand allocation process and will gradually notify registered exhibitors of their stand locations as allocations are finalized.

January 2027: Exhibitor Admission and Invoice Issuance

January 2027: Following successful space allocation and approval, exhibitors will receive their stand confirmation from January 2027 onwards. This confirmation includes a site plan showing the location, dimensions, and stand number of the allocated exhibition space.

Upon approval, the stand rental fee becomes due in full. Invoices will be sent to exhibitors from January 2027 onwards by email in PDF format.

31 January 2027: Deadline for Exhibitor Media Entries

Once admission has been confirmed, exhibitors will be asked to review their company profile in the demopark customer portal. The profile information must be completed and kept up to date by 31 January 2027 at the latest.

28 February 2027: Deadline for Co-Exhibitor Registration

The registration of co-exhibitors is mandatory and must be completed no later than 28 February 2027.

Co-exhibitors can only be registered by the main exhibitor via the demopark exhibitor account. The registration fee for each co-exhibitor is €950.00 plus applicable VAT.

February 2027: Opening of the Service Shop and Ticket Shop

Via the customer account, exhibitors can access the service booking shop. There, they can place all necessary technical and organizational orders, as well as purchase tickets and voucher codes.

The Service Shop and Ticket Shop for exhibitors will open in February 2027.

20 April 2027: Press Briefing & Information Exchange

The Press Briefing & Information Exchange Event will take place on 20 April 2027 at the Best Western Plus Plaza Hotel Darmstadt.

Take advantage of this exclusive opportunity at demopark 2027 to showcase your innovations effectively and secure the attention of leading trade media even before the exhibition begins.

Registration will be open from December 2026.

Dismantling Times:
Tuesday, June 22, 2027, 18:00 – 22:00
Wednesday, June 23, 2027, 07:00 – 19:00
Thursday, June 24, 2027, 07:00 – 19:00

Dismantling of exhibition stands may only begin after the exhibition closes at 18:00 on June 22, 2027. Any violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of €500.00 being charged to the exhibitor. All exhibition stands must be fully dismantled by 19:00 on June 24, 2027.

Any exhibits or materials remaining on the exhibition grounds after this deadline will be removed by VDMA Services GmbH at the exhibitor’s expense.

demopark 2027 Opening Hours

Opening Hours – demopark 2027
Sunday, June 20, 2027, to Tuesday, June 22, 2027: 09:00-18:00.

Exhibitors holding a valid exhibitor ticket may access the exhibition grounds from 07:00 on all three exhibition days.
On June 20 and 21, 2027, all exhibitors and visitors must leave the exhibition grounds by 20:00.
